Egress Step Blockout

Egress Step Blockout allows for step ledges to be poured in place for concrete Egress Bays. Treated lumber is affixed and used for steps.
The Concrete Egress Bay can be placed at time of foundation pour or as a secondary operation.

Pier Blockout is placed on Pier Pad prior to slab pour.

Once concrete is poured and cured Blockout is removed for installation of Pier.
